Tribe Square, Constructed 2010-2011

Tribe Square, located across Richmond Road from Blow Memorial Hall, opened in the fall of 2011. Tribe Square is a mixed-use building that offers 56 upper level students a unique living opportunity at William & Mary.

The first floor of Tribe Square is currently home to restaurants Chick Fil-A. There is space for four restaurants for the convenience and enjoyment of students as well as the Williamsburg community. The second and third floors are composed of 14 apartments for William & Mary students, managed by the Office of Residence Life. Each four-bedroom, two-bath apartment consists of private bedrooms with a shared living space.
